How it all began?
Mr. Nitin, from a very young age, had his dedication towards gyming and bodybuilding. He remained fascinated by Indian forces like army, navy, and air. Nitin wanted to be a part of it so that he could serve the nation in some way, but due to some problems couldn’t fulfill his desire. As he grew, he dreamt of starting his own business, a business that would keep the fire of serving people burning in him. Technocrats Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. was not about security systems but hygiene products initially. Later he found that to grow a business, one has to be innovative, which eventually led him into sound barriers.

Secret to Victory
Nitin believes in being down-to-earth, and this positive trait has helped him conquer so many hearts in the industry that he has never felt left out. He is humble enough to get all the help he ever asked for.He believes in being liberal to other people’s suggestions and perspectives and keeps an open eye to what the world requires and how his products can make the lives better. For Nitin, feed-backs have played a significant role since he states that you start with something; it is the people who take it to the next level.

Success goes with what you promise and what you deliver.
Being a hard worker and a dedicated businessman, Nitin hasn’t faced any significant challenges. He has been positive all his life and hence knew how to work on his hindrances.

Many times like all successful companies, we also find it challenging to meet deadlines, explains Mr. Munout. It is essential to contact the client at every phase, which keeps the client in a loop. Basically, taking the client into confidence plays a significant role in the smooth execution of any project.

Since challenges are a part of life Technocrats, Security Systems also have had their share of objections. To start with, Mr. Munout explains how they walk deep into research and analysis and then take their employees under confidence. He believes in teamwork and hence makes sure his teammates agree to the plan.
For all other issues during execution, all he does is talking. Communication is the key solution to most of the challenges, says Nitin.

No project comes without hard-work and research. So the company clearly knows what and how the project is to be handled.
There are times when stakeholders and the general audience try to channel our work due to enthusiasm. Then the company uses ‘Saam daam dand bhed: Chanakya neeti’ and resolve the issue.

Ideal project
A project Konkan railway sky bus where Technocrats Security Systems were supposed to make doors for a sky bus and the station. The doors of size 8mx8m had to be synchronized.
Along with the synchronization working with the size of the door was also a challenge. But we somehow worked hard and believed in the project. It was a success, but due to some reasons, it couldn’t come on the floor. Nitin adds this project will always remain dearest to his heart, which also helped him get into VRTS.

Key challenges post covid19
Post covid-19, one of the challenges would be getting manpower back to work. The second challenge would be the cash flow unless the government steps in.
Third challenge construction itself be a problem. The economy has dropped low, which is why the focus won’t be much on the real estate like it was pre-covid-19.

Though there are problems, everyone should be in touch. Everyone should look after their own people and help in whichever way possible.
When indoors, we can make use of the time to develop the skills required for growth in our fields.
The most crucial step would be to stay positive and try keeping the atmosphere positive.

Towards the Upcoming Future
For the next two years, irrespective of anything, Nitin holds on to be positive and patient while hoping for the best. He sees himself in a better position in the coming years.

“If you have chosen a field out of passion, it will work wonders though the time is hard. All you need to see is your intentions are good, and if you believe in serving the best, any field will bring you success.”

About make in India
With a lot of negative charges against China, India has been standing firm & working towards its people and the world, Nitin positively says that all the goodwill will help India towards being a manufacturing hub.
