Among the youngest in the industry to achieve such heights, explains how her family business threw light on her aspirations. Her father being in the construction industry was an inspiration for her, looking up to him, she wanted to follow his path and prove her existence in the industry.

She states “change is the only constant” when it comes to Real Estate. She adds that it has helped her learn new things every day. The joy of the product in the end phase keeps the fire in her soul burning.

Sudhi explains how the industry has always been ever-evolving which helps her deliver and learn more as she grows. As a business developer, Sudhi gets to interact and understand the business needs of people. The process of interaction not only entails fostering business relation but also healthy relationships for life.

While Architecture field may not have exponential growth in India, this allowed Sudhi to explore/learn about the know-how of developing business which got her into Business Development.
Ms Agarwal feels blessed to have a chance to work with all the verticals in the Real Estate sector. Sudhi is a proactive learner and believes that it is essential to have an excellent interpersonal skill to be an achiever.
Antara Purukul Senior Living was Sudhi’s first-ever project which entailed end-to-end delivery of the project. The completion of the project gave her immense joy and a taste of what success truly means.

The success mantra that Sudhi lives by-

> One needs to learn, earn and perform simultaneously.
One must-have trait and skills to succeed.
According to Sudhi, one must be adaptable to situations and must and be a learner throughout in their life. That is the best trait one must build for oneself and grasp whatever comes in your path for a successful journey.
Principles of management
Communication is the key which includes having transparency amongst all stakeholders. The second thing is risk analysis because even when things are planned or set on paper, there can be obstacles that are uncalled for. One must be ready to take the plunge and accept the challenge with total perseverance and come up with the next best idea to execute the plan.
The biggest challenge at work and motto of overcoming the same is team cohesion & that is the key to every lock as per Sudhi. She adds, aligning every individual’s objective and productivity to get the best result is the most critical challenge.
Which means, Pre-construction planning should be taken care of at the very beginning, which will solve 50% of the problems.
Ideal project
It often gets difficult for Sudhi to choose an ideal plan since every project she has worked on is close to her heart. A valid learner by heart, she undertakes every new project as a new challenge and learns something new every time.
The turning point of her career
A believer that success comes to those who work to get there, Sudhi knows that she is just a few steps away from being truly successful. She waits for the day where she wouldn’t have to introduce herself, and that moment would be a moment of sheer success for her.
Every new challenge presents a unique opportunity, one either succeeds or breaks down. Those who do neither are the ones in between, who grow.
Given the current situation, what becomes difficult would be maintaining the momentum of work and aligning people to continue to work. Assuring people to resume work, provided sound measures, is the biggest challenge, and overcoming it is the sweetest victory.
Not just the workforce, but procurement of material, maintaining safety measure and getting approval from the government is the most significant hurdle right now. Conquering this to achieve the set goal in mind is a mini victory in itself.
These situations prove nothing but state the fact that every hurdle can be crossed with grace like Sudhi aims to.
New challenges pave for a unique opportunity.
She also adds, there is always going to be tough times ahead, but this very challenge opens a new door to a new break. One will have to keep a lookout for a prospective client because there is a niche crowd that will always be up for refurbishing their space and THAT niche crowd is your potential client. So in a sense, we have ‘N’ of probable clients to tap in to.
Visions post-COVID
It is conventional that the client would always want something that fits in their budget. Citing the current situation, the requirements and aesthetics in the new future will change, designs that come with safety measures, a healthier environment and to this Sudhi awaits to shape a better and secure society.
Sudhi awaits to be a successful individual and cannot wait for the day where she doesn’t have to introduce herself anymore. Although the sky is the limit but challenging these very limits to conquer greater things in life is one of Sudhi’s aim in life. One should not apprehend oneself and should be open up to various horizons.
What we know is a drop; what we don’t know is the ocean. Life presents itself with new challenges, and one should equip themselves to sharpen their skills, not challenge the other but oneself to have a successful journey.
