Dear Friends, Welcome to ‘Infra Leaders’,
As an author, practicing architect and working as a design strategist in architecture and corporate interior design and build solutions , I alongnwith my team at Sarayan were able to successfully change the outlook and the environment of more than 350 + SME’s and corporate through our innovative, creative and collaborative workspace strategies. As a co-founder of Sarayan, over the past two decades of working with smart and progressive organizations, we were able to work shoulder tonshoulder and share responsibilities with their respective project teamsnalong with our highly skilled workmen, craftsmen and artisans offering quality workmanship.
I learnt a lot from each of these individuals through the exchange of ideas, knowledge of interpersonal skills in their work domain and the same lead to collaborative growth on a much larger scale. This not only led us to design better infrastructure along with team-centric and functional spaces but also supported and enhanced what we truly call ‘Engaging or Rewarding workspaces. My upcoming book, which is soon to be released, elaborates and resonates the science of creating productive and efficient workspaces. As a national and international award winner and a jury member at various design competitions & exhibitions I increased my networking and reach out to multiple leaders and corporate honchos, COO’s and it added to my learning experience.
The whole idea of starting this blog site was to give due credit to these silent heroes who work relentlessly behind the curtains and have a lion share in the creation of incredible workspaces and world-class facilities and landmarks the world over.
