Sumedh has completed his Civil Engineering from NIT Nagpur with honors and MBA Finance, which changed his life.
After getting placed via campus, Sumedh worked in ground-level activities, building energy and enthusiasm to continue further. He thought of this journey as an exciting one and enjoyed the joy of creativity. All of these aspects appealed to him to join this industry, an industry that is a dynamically growing industry and innovative with a lot of scope to organize. Sumedh states that every individual should love what they do, understand the goals and spend time effectively. Such activities boost up your confidence where the learning becomes exceptionally high. Sumedh sees himself as a fortunate individual to get the good opportunities, complimented by his hard work which paid him off. Sumedh grew throughout his career constantly by educating himself more and more, learning from people and industry experts.
According to Sumedh, mistakes are where experience is what you should be looking at rather than failures. Coming back strongly with the right decisions helps you combat the uncertainties. For example, working with an Automobile giant who had almost 700 acres to work on turned out to be a defining moment of his career. Those years, learning from every minute of data gave him actual exposure to the project. Sumedh believes that there will be challenges once you acquire an attitude, but the cycle won’t stop. So work along with the revolutions and enjoy every process keeping the team motivated. Adapting to new technologies and being agile are the traits and skills that can make you reach your goals.
Managing people is key to project success, including everyone, gives you how the different thought processes work on the work platform. The key challenges would be meeting client expectations and looking at the connectivity and budget simultaneously. Collaborations with physical appearances have created a challenge due to Covid, especially from the design point of view. Sumedh said the key is to understand the expectations from everyone where the planning and micro detailing becomes an important aspect. He holds everyone and keeps them equally boosted and motivated. A mega Automobile mega project in Pune, and Two big commercial IT projects are close to his heart. These projects with volume and scaling give you opportunities to provide you the knowledge and perform value engineering.
Sumedh also stated that thinking and performing processes have changed, and standardization is essential to organize things. Therefore, optimization and Mechanization are the concepts that people would be looking forward to better results. His vision is to build up a better place for the client that is sustainable, cost-effective, and holds futuristic dynamics. Moreover, the collaboration will bring everyone together, contributing to society and the nation in different ways.
